They had what I wanted not a large quantity, the sales lady needs a lesson in customer service my impression was she didn't want to be there, didn't get offered a bag so had to ask and will probably get charged more on card fees than what the bag cost she must have thought I was going to balance the cigarettes on my head to get them back to the hotel

Told lies just to try and get a sale said l&m do not make tobacco any more I said I bought 40 bags yesterday but I wanted some more to take home apart from the lies the shop is nice but I will not use it again
Extremely nice and helpful staff. Cigars are kept in high quality humidors, not a huge choice but everyone will find something for themselves.
If ther are -5 stars, I will give it to them. 1- Bad service. 2- cheating. 3- expensive They cheated me and when I go back to the store for find a solution, they treat my humiliatingly and called security mans. I didn't expect that ther are like this store in Poland. Even they didn't regard me as a foreigner. really it's shame to be like this store in democratic country. But that teached me to be careful 1000% from the stores in Poland. I recommend you to not shop from this store. For avoid the situation which I had with them. It's unforgettable.

CIGAR SMOKERS STAY AWAY !!!! Well what can i say i have smoked cigars from all around the world but i have never seen cigars in this state in all my years of smokeing the R.H Must be way off as as every cigar i looked at had wrapper damager and im not talking about just a little crack at the foot of the cigar the whole wrapper was crumbleing and falling apart. All the cigars are behind locked glass cabinates so this cant be down to people handleing them.. the cost of cigars here are very expensive for the price of a ashton you could buy a permium cuban from la casa del habano.
Great service and the girl at the counter knows a thing or two about cigars.
