My 12 year old daughter, a keen rider, attended an Equestrian Physio Assessment by Physiotherapist, Anna Armstrong. Anna checked her seat, jumping and leg positions using a saddle placed on an adapted gymnastics 'horse' , followed by a thorough examination of her free movement. Anna then designed, demonstrated and observed (my daughter executing) some simple exercises to achieve improvements in all three areas. As the parent, I was present for the whole session and was impressed with Anna's attention to detail and just how well engaged she got my daughter with the session. Since the appointment, my daughter reports that she feels much more contact with her horse and feels safer all round. I would recommend Anna to any rider who wants to improve their riding experience and to better understand how to improve their body position.

I have loved the mindfulness sessions with Angela. It has given me some well needed calm in these crazy times! It is great that the sessions are online as I am able to attend even though I live in Cardiff.

I cannot recommend the Pelvic Health service at Inverurie Chartered Physiotherapy Clinic highly enough. Alison Middleton is a specialist in all aspects of Pelvic Health and it was so good to be able to speak to someone with so much knowledge and who fully understood my symptoms. She offered great advice and strategic coping methods and accupuncture. I suffered for a long time with nerve pain until I searched for a pelvic health physio and then found Inverurie Chartered Physiotherapy Clinic 5 minutes from my house.
