I have had many prototype tools made at RP. The service you get from RP from quotation to supply of parts is very professional and speedy. They tailor their service to your needs and very rarely miss any dead-lines, usually only if it is things out of their control such as modifications . Working with The MD Paul Roe & the project engineers is very easy & always a fast response to questions or requests. Overall RP give an excellent service for rapid prototyping & small volume production.

Paul and the team at RP Technologies are great to deal with and work hard to get a good understanding of what you're trying to achieve with the parts they've been asked to make, rather than just diving straight into cutting moulds. Communication through the design phase of a project is good, the quality of their tools is on a par with much more expensive tools and the mouldings that they make are first class. Our recent example: Our project involved moulding large diameter BSP threads into 2 mating parts that screwed together. RP weren't happy with the female threaded parts they'd moulded at the first attempt, so delayed sample shipment to us and remade the tool core to adjust the size of the parts after shrinkage. They were still 10 days early delivering parts us! We're looking forward to working with RP on more projects going forward. Keep up the good work guys.
