We bought a kitchen from Wickes Kings Lynn and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. If you are thinking of getting a kitchen from these clowns please don’t make the mistake we made. Every single part of the process from the ‘Designer’ coming round and lying about ‘if there’s a problem you can come into store and we are the face of Wickes’. He then managed to get most measurements wrong. The fitter dropped a hammer through our new floor, damaged the fridge and hob, but the installation managers response is ‘it’s his word against yours’, the fit itself was no better then a DIYer having a go whilst drunk. 20mm slope on the cabinets, nearly everything was not square, plinth wedged into places rather then fixed. No end panels, shut lines all wonky, mis-measured, bodge job does not even come near, and the best part is they left two key workers without a hob or running water, we had to get an emergency plumber out. To say they are cowboys is an understatement. The designer, the fitter, the installation manager are not only poor, but will do everything to get out of putting things right. I would advised anyone to go to a private kitchen designer where their reputation is everything, Wickes are too big to care about reputation, promises then more lies with an after service that is so bad, you’d struggle to find worse anywhere . You’d better better off getting a drunk tramp make you a kitchen from pallets then give your hard earned to these clowns. Check the internet, it’s full of Wickes kitchen nightmares

Went in for a certain item. They had it and help was at hand. Very pleasant staff. Have been back since to get more items. Once again the staff wanted tp help. Will pop in tomorrow for items which seem to be out of stock. I must point out that when you go on to their website to check stock in your store thats close to your area, it says one thing, but in reality it's quite different. Very anoying especially when you are in need of a certain item. Nevertheless the staff are trying to do their best.

A bit disappointed, the deal on wood bark chippings on the website is 4 bags 26. Only 2 bags in stock. None in reserve out the back. Who's doing stock checks? No one I guess, wasted journey.
