Honestly some of the best service I have ever received in any circumstance! I called up and spoke to a very friendly guy in their warehouse who talked me through the best type of leather I needed. They managed to get the hide out to me on the same day, even though I called them rather late in the day and my parcel arrived the following day! Absolutely perfect service! My go to from now on. (Big shout out to the warehouse guys!)
Fantastic quality and wonderful service. I've both visited the warehouse and ordered via email. After a few different batches of J Woods leathers over the last two years I can confidently say the leather has always been great and the staff are so lovely and accommodating. I've ordered at tricky times (stocktake and Covid), and they've always given above and beyond service. Absolutely brilliant.
