Look the wife and I had a very specific vehicle in mind when we went shopping at this dealership. They bent over backwards to make it happen. The first suv we were going to take didn’t have one key feature and it was an oversight on our and the dealerships part. Not to settle and make us happy the dealership sent Cameron Tucker to a very small remote town in Oklahoma to get us the exact suv with everything we asked for a more. The price was in the range we gave them and all the safety features were a must. The dealership took our old suv with a loan still out and a paid off truck as down payment giving us plenty of money for both to pay a size-able down payment for the new suv. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They were constantly in contact with us and made this easily the best buying experience we’ve ever had through the years. 10/10 would go back and recommend this dealership and Cameron specifically to anyone that asks.

Had a great experience with both sales and service depts. Heather in sales was great. Super relaxed and friendly. Not pushy and didn't treat us like a typical sales person would. Brad in service took care of a small problem we had with our car and was very informative and efficient. Def recommend trying here for a vehicle.

Southwest was the only dealership that would seriously look for the exact vehicle I wanted. Heather was amazing and stayed late to make sure our deal was closed properly and we were taken care of! Well worth the hour drive for us! Highly recommend!

The wheel alignment rack has been out of service for awhile. I'm hoping with the new ownership that things will change. The service techs are always friendly and knowledgeable.
