I'm just a writing a small testimonial for Shaun and Kall Kwik the Printers, I ordered 2000 two-sided A6 flyers on the Tuesday and and they were ready for me the very next day..Great Service and Great Price. The quality of leaflet was superb and so was the artwork. Staff are very welcoming too.. I would highly recommend
Careless printing and terrible customer service, would advise looking else where. We were in Liverpool for the week and had our orders of service printed for our wedding. The alignment was completely out on one of the pages and unfortunately we didn’t realise until we’d got home, after asking about the possibility of compensation, we were informed that we would receive a full refund so that we could do an emergency print elsewhere. When we called the next day to provide card details for the refund, as discussed, we were told the only option to receive a refund would be to return them to the store, despite offering to provide photographs of the miss prints. After asking why we’d have to drive half way across the county, as they were of no use we were told “so they could throw them in the bin”. There was no way we could make it to the shop as we had to travel to our wedding venue. We’d recommend you do not use this branch. We’ve had good experiences with other kall kwik branches - but this was absolutely terrible.
I had left behind my business cards back at home And was in Liverpool for a conference. Got in touch with Kall Kwik and required them printed urgently. Mary at Kall Kwik was very helpful and managed to get them printed for me on a priority basis. She did a wonderful job on a very short notice. Kall Kwik and their team specially Mary deserve a big thumbs up!
