Every time I go there the service is great. The associates are very helpful & freindly. If you need to ship anything. I'm sure they can help. This time of the year you'll probably have to wait in line a little while. That time of the year Ho Ho Ho.

Never had an issue shipping a package from The UPS store in Joplin! I typically print my own labels and drop them off here. Rarely have I experienced long wait times and the employees are always ready to help. I have never needed to purchase additional services, as I believe these services are expensive. For the the location is perfect, although the parking lot can get a bit crowded around lunch time.

This store wanted 330 to ship a bike...plus 65 for insurance. Took it to the UPS customer center and paid 86 for the same service. That is a significant difference.
