Great atmosphere, food, service: You get what you pay for and more at Central Poboys a small eatery off Jefferson Highway. It's straightforward and the oyster poboys are delicious and I'm a bit of an oyster poboy connoisseur. Prices are decent and portions generous. Go and relax. Lovely \Cajun Cabin\ decor. Fun staff.

I got the Seafood stuffed soft shell crab over pasta. It was So good. I can't wait to go back.
The service is excellent. Our server was Chris. The onion rings are crispy and not greasy. The debris fries had a flavorful gravy with lots of roast in it. The shrimp poboy was on a light french bread with lots of shrimp, very good!
What a great place! A small neighbourhood place serving great food in generous portions!
