We contacted Jake to get an estimate to fix our basement floor. We hired a different contractor to begin with, and unfortunately, that contractor walked out without finishing the project. We called Jake, he came out the next day. He had the estimate for us within a couple of days. He was completely professional, non-judgmental, and seemed genuinely sympathetic about our bad experience with the other contractor. I would recommend this company without hesitation, and wish we would have used him to begin with.
