Monica is awesome. Thank you for your great customer service. Prior to my visit I was pretty afraid based on the review and feedback since the appointment was for my parents not for me. Everything went well nice and smooth and easy.

I paid 130 to have testing done and was only able to get partial testing due to this place not having the necessary lab collection cups for a urine analysis because they were out of supplies. I was told I would receive a call when their shipment came in which usually is every Tuesday and Wednesday. I have not heard from anyone and no one answers the phone yet I haven't received any refund. Someone need to contact me ASAP. I have sent emails to the address on their site. I still haven't heard back.

I went for drug screening. The staff was humble, skillful and their amiable demeanor made the whole experience smooth, fast while adhering to Covid protection protocols. The attendant conveyed the entire screening process comprehensively, and was super polite and well read in her lab experience. The chairs were kept 6 ft apart for seating and waiting time was almost minimal (in my case it was 10 min without any appointment).

I had been using this facility for a few years now. Online appointment process is simple. I like the check in kiosk with an option to wait there or in your car due to Covid. You may have to wait a little if you have questions until someone serves you. Staff is helpful (though sometime sounds rude). Process is explained well and they assure all the steps are within your sight range. Only issue I have is the confirmation receipt that shows full ssn (not sure if it's local or Quest policy). If you must have ssn printed then put last 4 digit to protect your customers sensitive information.
