Nothing changed at Orwell housing then. Them poor people in the papper to day. Left with no kitchen

Terrible company. Entered into buying a shared ownership property expecting to gain the freehold once we owned 100% as per the property advertisement. The lease contradicts it self saying protected areas you can only buy a maximum of 80% where we can buy 100%, which would indicate it is not a protected area. Nothing is clear in the lease which orwells complaints procedure have agreed with. We was advised to use a solicitor called aquabridge law by orwell housing and given a monetary incentive to use them. Orwell deny this despite us having it written on paper and the receipt. The solicitor did not point any thing out to us during the purchase, so was a complete conflict of interests. I'm now in the process of legal action because we now have a house that isn't what we was originally sold.

Do not use Orwell house. Such a bad company . I have some bad landlord s they bit them .all damage had done by there contactsds nothing been. Never apologized.. . And Chrimal damage to my car . Have to put up with a nosie lady a dog upstairs. They have done nothing about it . Still going on. They take the rent don't do nothing about it if I had the money I would move to mower. Have reported .tine a time .with pic eveardese. Don't make no defresz. They don't do care
