Mark was excellent throughout the procedure and a fantastic guy, very helpful and spot on with everything. I only hope he will be there when i return for my third car. Highly recommend this guy! Had an appointment booked in which the salesperson turned up 20 minutes late for and not because he was with another customer, just because he \had somewhere else to be\ apparently! No apology for keeping me waiting so I just walked out and now the whole dealership has lost a sale. Plenty of other dealerships who are happy to give me their time.
