Yes I paid my fee and had poor communication in order to do a valid search. Really such a waste of money! In light of your reply. You could 'investigate' me and then you would find a record.

Having recently instructed Intime Investigations to locate a rouge builder I am really happy with the outcome. The trace was completed within the estimated 7 days and I have now issued court action via the small claims court. I couldn't recommend this company anymore, a fantastic service. Thank you

i called and emailed them. in both cases they stated they could do my job on a no result/no fee basis - meaning they wouldnt require any payment till they have the info I require. i then sent them my personal/sensitive details (which could be used for identity fraud etc.). only after that, they told me I need to pay a deposit. no mention at all about a deposit in my previous communication with them or on their website - I was only told about this after I had passed on my personal/sensitive details. you figure if this seems good, trustworthy practise.
