Best Deli and sandwich & soup place in Idaho Springs! Nice and wide selection of sandwiches and is no problem to modify your order. Staff is friendly and courteous. The soups are excellent especially when coming in from the cold. I come back here every year. ️

We have been her twice and sadly will not return. Both days they had one person with a line out the door. We waited over 45 min for a bagel. During ski season you should definitely make sure that you are able to handle a few people let alone ski traffic. Food was good. Service very poor
We went there for a weekend getaway in George Town. Went to Idaho Springs for lunch and found this gem. This deli is amazing. From the selections of sandwiches and beverages to the staff/employees. We even got to meet the owner. Sat outside as it was warm and sunny out. The employees kept checking on us to make sure we did not need anything. This is a MUST stop for lunch everyone.
I love their new menu! A modern spin on the old classics, some streamlining, and some new offerings. Try the tofu even if you're not vegetarian - I don't know what it's marinated in, but it's excellent and added layers of flavor & texture to the already-delicious-without-modifications Guanella Green Forest sandwich. I am already looking forward to my next stop in! Check out their Bargain Lunch - it is always a great deal too.
Ordered a Bros Turkey sandwich and was extremely disappointed. I had high expectations because every time I ate in town it was very good. I got my order to go. It was during COVID. The sandwich was tasteless. 1st off it only had about 2 slices of turkey. I have never had a deli sandwich which only had about 2 slices of meat. It also had about 2 slices of cheddar cheese. It had some kind of mayo on it but, that didn't really taste right. I understand that we are in difficult times and getting vine ripped tomatoes ( as stated ) could be hard but the tomatoes were pretty bad. I will say the bread was very good. Pretty pricey and not worth the cost at all. The counter help was nice. I was there early around 11:15am and it wasn't crowded ( Monday). Service was a little slow but I think they were just getting things in order. The place looked clean.
