Only allow 6 in shop at time understandable but you can't see how many are in the shop and noone at door or till to guide you. Asked young girl if they had a certain item and response was ' I don't think so ' so I said is that I don't think so definitely maybe or not sure, she said I will go look and found what I needed glad I didn't leave after her 1st answer.

I love going into the works that staff are lovely and very helpful. Everything in there are very layed out you can see what they have without moving anything if you can't see what you want the girls in there will see if anything is still in the back room I'm always in there asking for bits. Keep up the good work. Love sam xx
Love The Works. Great books, art and gifts at good prices. Always difficult to get around the shop as it's not big enough with all the products.
Great for some kids toys or last minute presents friendly staff too.
