Got letter to attend , a reminder to attend , got there they said there was no appointment never heard of me

a dreadfull service,nurses are very arogant,doctors are pretty much the same,one doctor even tried to reduce my heart medication placing my life in danger i had to get a second opinion from castle hill cardiology unit who advised i got a second opinion as i,m supposed to be onthese medications for life,the doctors decision was overturned much to my relief.i was also told off by a nurse for getting my flu jab done in morrisons as it loses the surgery money,i was under the illusion that nurses and medical staff were there to care for people not to tell patients off for going somewhere else for a flu jab.All in all a health centre that is more interested in saving or making money than caring for patients my advice if you can afford it go private if not you have to vet these places before you enrol as a patient.

Don't become a patient they are the worst the reception desk took 10 mins to take notice of me they are moody and cranky I went to see the doctor yesterday I had few problems to ask him and he said I would have to make more appointments for the others I spent 2 mins with the doctor waste my time and not worth any stars if that was choice
