I've had to reduce my rating from 5 stars down to 1, a had a good experience in the cash shop on Monday that I gave it a 5 star rating but have decided to change my review as the service here today was terrible I went in to buy a sound bar but as I was going into the store I noticed a Samsung galaxy note 20 5g in the window I wanted to have a look at it but was told that because I didn't have any id they couldn't let me see it, so in the end I had to give the girl serving me my phone so she would let me see this note 20, yet she slammed my phone on the counter and I just got my phone back and walked out without buying anything got my sound bar off amazon the exact same one for 7 less ,am going to go in on Monday and close my account as the young girls in their just want you in and out ASAP I think zoe is the only one who cares by by cash shop ill never use again lucky my phone still works. Very bad service here

Very helpful and polite good value on cashing cheque's a lot cheaper then cash converters the stolen goods store
