Absolutely thrilled to bits with our new Stove and fireplace. From start to finish the service was excellent, from my first great email communication with Karen, Liam coming out to assess and quote with no pushiness, explaining what would happen throughout the service. Matthew's help and patience with our final decision on products in the showroom. Tony and Adam the fitters have done a brilliant job in just 2 days and we can't thank them enough, we're really pleased with the final outcome and full explanation of what they had done and how to get the best out of the stove. Oh and thank you to the guys who promptly came the day after to clear all the rubble from the garden. Thank you all for a fantastic job, fully recommend you to everyone.

What a great company to deal with. We visited the showroom to choose our log burner, they were really friendly and knowledgeable. There was no pressure put on us to choose any particular make or model, but we received helpful advice when we asked for it. The installation guys were extremely quick and clean, including removal of the old gas fire, knockout of the fireplace and fitting of the new log burner. Highly recommended.
