Thank you very much for your excellent treatment today for the minor op I had. It was a very friendly, efficient and calm environment and a lovely professional doctor and nurse. It felt like the way in which the surgery has had to adapt to COVID has had an unexpected benefit in the spaced out allotted appointments which may have inadvertently benefited the running and service, by removing the overcrowded and chaotic waiting room environment and allowing staff to focus and dedicate to the job / person in their care.

Have had a brilliant experience with this surgery since joining three years ago. The front desk team are great, the handling of COVID and e-consult process has been great, and Dr Rushton is the best GP I've had in the last 20 years. Would recommend this surgery to anyone moving to the area.
The surgery staff are warm and friendly. The receptionists work incredibly hard and during covid I'm amazed that they manage to keep their sense of humour. They are fabulous and generally get forgotten when the news talks about medical services.
Very helpful receptionists. Always respond to my email queries. I have seen both Dr Ahmed and Dr Howard. Both have been incredibly thorough and diligent. I felt listened to and well looked after,
