Since this time we try to come once a year to vist this beautiful place in the middle of Brighton city. Dont forget to try their lovely cake at the wordlpeacecafé.

Very calm are in the middle of busy town. Peaceful garden and nice cafe with vegetarian and vet food available, as well as cakes and drinks.

I love this place and have been going here for years. I went here in labour as it was the place of calm I needed to be just before having my daughter. 2 days later I took my daughter to meditation in my arms and took her to mum/baby meditation then kids meditation-can't get enough of the place. The negative review of the place..it seems as though this person needs to work on him/herself a lot and understand about how Buddhism can help to alleviate stress in the modern day. The Buddhist centre is a place of calm, not a business and not a place for lots of negativity and stress. Maybe Buddha has a way of deciding who should and shouldn't be welcome.
