I’m not sure where the bad reviews are coming from. Everyone in the office is extremely kind and caring. They are very informative of costs, office procedures, follow up dates and excellent with explaining what to expect medically. My first appointment I was expecting to wait hours, they got me in and out within an hour of checking in. They are very empathetic to your circumstances and understanding of your situation. I couldn’t say enough good things about the women’s center.

The process is a little tedious I’ve had to make several trips up here. The wait time is long but they have the most affordable prices and they are straight to the point with everything. Once you’re seen your in and out. You will wait at any place and pay a higher price so might as well just come here.

Don't even waste your time here! So unprofessional my first appointment was for 10:30 i didn't get seen till 12:46 and all they did was see how far along i was which took 4 minutes if that ! My second appointment which was for 10:30 also and i wasn't seen till 11:30 when they tell you be on time or you have to reschedule, now i don't understand why they don't just do walk ins cause the appointments are useless here! They ladies are rude and have smart mouth i asked them how much longer to be seen cause my appointment is for 10:30 they told me well ma'am we gotta see other people too and i get that but why did you schedule me for 10:30 if i won't be seen on time ! GO TO HOUSTONS WOMAN CLINC you will get much better service and you will be seen on your appointment time! Wish i could give -10 stars cause this place is not it save your money and go to a real clinic with organization !

Overall experience was better any I expected. They get Straight to the point. and get it over with wait time is crazy but worth it. Pain was a little to no pain. Recovery is no problems so far.

If I could rate this place a zero I would!! My appointment was at 10 it is now 11:53 and I still have not been see. I was given no direction when I came in besides write my name and phone number down. The front desk ladies were not attentive or informative and very rude. Around 11:20 or so I went back inside, after calling and not getting through, to get some information on the wait and when I went in I wasn’t greeted and received ATTITUDE when I asked for information. If you make an appointment at 10 I shouldn’t be called at basically 12 to come in. People have to take off from work to go to appointments and this was a HUGE waste of my time. Very rude and unprofessional!! Ladies don’t go here, you will not be treated properly. This is a big decision and hard/stressful time to go through and you deserve to be treated with respect and care. Please choose wisely!
