The hotel's rooms are well appointed. The mineral water in the pool is great! It is nice and worm. Staff are friendly. My only advise would be to make more of an effort towards upkeep of the place.
It is a nice place surrounded by lots of trees and right by the river. We only used the pool and the restaurant, so I cannot give feedback about the hotel. There are three pools with different temperatures, all of them pleasant for going in even in chilly weather. The main pool was not very clean though. The food was good, the prices are reasonable. Perhaps in the summer time it will be very busy, but in late may it was very quiet and peaceful.

It was amazing hotel. My favorite in Bulgaria so far. The personnel was so warm and the owners made us to feel like home, like a big family! The hot mineral swimming polls were very nice and accessible non stop. The sauna and the steam bath made us very relaxed. The rooms are huge and there is enough space for the kids to play inside. There is also very well equipped children room next to the restaurant that you can see your kids through the door. The food was delicious and enough. The only thing that I didn't like was that you have to pay additional price if you need a bathrobe and you will need for sure (it is better to be included in the price of the room), but apparently it is a practice in Bulgaria to pay additionally for it. Thank you so much! For sure we will go there again! Unique hotel! Congratulations for the atmosphere you created in the hotel.
