Brought a second hand car with a years warrenty. Within the year had 3 separate issues. Customer service is poor and they do the bare minimum. When experiencing issues with the car the service was extremely poor and if the car is approaching the end of the warranty they try to get out of actually fixing the car. Also they do not contact you and ask your permission if you are happy to pay for something they just fit the part and expect payment when you can get parts cheaper elsewhere. Won't never buy from them again and the whole experience has been appalling.

I was booked in at 0730 Monday morning to have some minor warranty work completed. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the work was completed earlier than expected. I waited in their customer area where I was able to connect to their WiFi and drink coffee. An overall pleasant experience .
