Brilliant day had by all at my mothers birthday a couple of weeks back. never had a hog roast before but would not hesitate in ordering one again. the guys came and starting cooking several hours before to make sure it was beautifully slow cooked and discreetly discarded any waste too! Literally the easiest to organise - they take care of everything. fantastic. thanks!
