Authentic fisherman's shack type restaurant. Offers only potato powder style fries! But topped with all sorts of extra delicious bites you can get a nice meal. Sit outside on the back of the building and you have a great view of the Rotterdam Port and the Maasvlakte with all the container terminals. You regularly see lager ships passing by. After dinner you can walk the entire length of peer all the way to the lighthouse at the end which is 2 kilometers away.

Not the place to go for a chat. The patrons are real locals who are not known for their chit chat. But the food and certainly the location is great. Be sure to enjoy your food at the back of the shop with a beautiful overview of the nieuwe waterweg
