We have just purchased a car from the Research Garage Hinckley, the whole process went smoothly from start to finish,thanks to Jim. He sorted everything out for us, the car was immaculate when we collected it and had been serviced, cleaned and valeted to a high standard. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. We have yet to see if the after sales service is good (hopefully we won't need it). Thanks again Jim for all your help.

Just bought a used 2008 from this garage and I was very impressed with the service received. The car developed a minor problem and they sorted it out straight away. Many thanks to Andy Wiggins who made sure everything was ok, couldn't be more pleased.

Bought used Audi from them. Helpful and friendly staff from start to finish. Car was spotless clean, serviced and as described. ImadI'm very happy with my purchase. Barr added personal touch to the process. Would highly recommend to use them.

Not happy with their service at all. Been told I couldn’t have a courtesy car as they could not insure a EU driving license. Bear in mind that in a previous repair I drove a courtesy car from their company for 5 months and never had a issue. Staff uninterested in being helpful and unreasonable waiting time for a simple service.
