Over the last 4 years we have sold three properties through Cobb Amos, for my elderly Mother and for ourselves. We have all been impressed with the professional care we have received. Quick responses to email, always someone to speak to, everyone aware of how the sale was progressing, excellent advice, reassurance and politeness. Stephen, Alex, Kathryn and Katie are a great team. If we buy or sell a property again we would use Cobb Amos and recommend them highly.

We brought a house through Cobb in March 2020. I provided Kathryn with a list of essentials and desirables for our new home. She found something for us that ticked every box! She was professional throughout, she always responded in a timely manner. Lockdown 1 was looming and it was a very stressful time but she supported us and contacted solicitors on our behalf to speed up the process making sure we completed just before lockdown. Me and my parnter have recently moved house, this being done through Cobb Amos and the staff were both so lovely and very helpful. Dale & Lorna are the two staff who i have been in contact with and helped with the moving process and they have been wonderful. They have also checked up on us to make sure our move went swiftly and that we were settling in ok. I have been made to feel i can email them with any query's or questions i have and they are always so polite and quick to help me! A very good Estate Agents, i would highly recommend to anyone looking to either buy or rent!
I wanted to let you know how fabulous Lorna is that is currently your property maintenance coordinator!! She is professional but approachable & nothing is too much trouble even in these troublesome & difficult times. People are so quick to complain these days but never so quick to compliment so I thought I’d let you know she’s an asset to your team & Cobb Amos!!
