Amazing Service! From start to finish, the service was outstanding. I felt very well looked after and had no issues during the entire process. The water softener was installed extremely neatly and my needs were listened to (which is rare). Overall QWS was the right choice (after getting quotes from a couple other companies) and I am extremely happy. Will definitely recommend to friends and family in the future. Thanks again!

Quality Water Systems were professional and helpful from the beginning. There was no pressure to buy when we had the initial quote. The price was good value considering it will be in use every day. We had the system installed several months ago and have had no problems (there was the tiniest leak when it was first installed but they sent someone out immediately to sort it even though it was the weekend). All our surfaces are cleaner as the timescale has gone and cleaning products / shampoo etc last longer and you can use so much less! New salt blocks are quite easy to buy online through amazon at reasonable prices. Really happy we got this system installed and recommend Quality Water System to everyone :-)
