They have some good product. I gotta give them two-stars however because of 1. Purchased a ventilation package a year ago from them, came with about half of the items described. Still have a hood and fan sitting there with no means to set it up, called to ask where the other half is and I was told to continue waiting to no avail. 2. Most businesses I deal with call me if something is not in stock or backordered, this one will just send you what they \might\ have although the website indicates it is in stock, I have some backorders with them somehow not upon my request and finally. 3.The shade 3 glasses I purchased didn't even have the same tint level, but they make safety glasses there? Gonna have to share the pictures. I wanted to straighten this out but the \salesperson\ \Cody Wargo\ said the guy handling \sales\ was on lunch and they would call me back. Seems like a ghosting to me. Wouldn't recommend for high dollar purchases, they are a cool company, just won't be doing business with them again. Thanks

By far the best example of amazing customer service, all the employees at Wale Apparatus are amazing people, they have taught me a lot , and continue to keep it real with me on price and feasibility of products. If you have any question CALL they are SO NICE! Best of luck
Honestly by far the coolest staff! Walked in clueless and unsure but left confident and not once was asked to Google it or check a forum.. cough **gtt** cough. I'd refer my grandmother to this shop with the amount of care an knowledge in which they conduct themselves and the true professionalism that's shown here. Couldn't ask for anything more and wale apparatus has earned a customer for life! CAN'T get this attention to detail, quality glass or future planning for your hobby or business on Amazon!!!
