Good prices and sales. Some good clothes and homeware. Pleasant staff, helpful. 2 things I wish were different; there's no mobile reception and it's so cold.

Lovely range of food, drinks, electricals and home. Well stocked shelves and even hot food (well pizza and chicken anyway) and a sushi bar. Store was clean and tidy only issue was the queue for the checkout, only 2 checkouts with cashiers and 20 people queuing for the self-checkouts with one staff running around like crazy trying to get everyone sorted.

Lombardy retail park. Handful of maybe disgruntled staff REALLY RUDE. Upstairs in clothing the youngest members of staff complete attitude when talking to customers, witnessed it a few times. Obviously with the virus there are rules to follow when shopping and it’s stressful for everyone but the attitude and tone of voice is shocking even when asking for help. Pretty sure you shouldn’t be making personal calls on shop floor either. And the reason I’ve decided to post review about Sainsbury’s now is because of the female member of staff tonight at about 8.30pm who might of been p...ed off she was having to clean shelving (just before toy aisle) also with complete attitude wanted to know why I’m touching and holding up the towels they had on offer. I shouldn’t need to look at them I don’t need to compare they are all same size so why am I touching them !! (They wasn’t same size actually) These are towels on the shelf for customers to buy so what is her problem, I understand not trying on clothing but seriously being told don’t touch the towels is ridiculous, I wanted to buy some. Absolute zero for customer service and even though it was a great offer I thought you can stick your towels where the sun don't shine so she’s actually losing customers instead of helping to keep customers. Really wanted to confront her about her attitude and rudeness but not worth the embarrassment. Managers, security and all other staff brilliant job but let down by a handful.

Love the staff and overall experience! It's a huge well lit and clean place! Good selection of items and great organisation!! I like how big the store is so there is plenty of space to walk around with your trolley. Good options on fruits and veges, whether loose, a pre packed large bag or small bag.

Nice and quiet, no queuing at entrance or tills. Helpful staff throughout, all masks fully on ,not just over peoples mouths
