Great customer service. I ordered something online the week before Christmas, the confirmation email said delivery would be 7- 10 days. I gave the store a call as I was a little concerned it wouldn't make it before Christmas, after speaking to a couple of the friendly staff they confirmed it was in stock and shipped it the following day for next day delivery. It's only a small point but it makes a really big difference when staff care enough to offer up solutions and go that extra mile. Thanks!
What a lovely shop! Two floors of inspirational furnishings, artwork, gifts and essentials. The staff are enthusiastic and knowledgable; and the prices are keen, while reflecting the superb quality of the stock. We have enhanced our lives with a beautiful lamp and an exciting sculpture, and bought one of their great clocks as a present for our son.
Excellent customer service, great knowledge of the wares and couldn’t do enough to help from finding what we need all the way through to when it was placed in our living room. Would recommend to anyone.
