First time I ordered from here. The food was very nice even the children loved the food. Very excellent service. I travelled from Bexhill-on-sea to collect the food and it was well worth it. Couple of Good complimentary given with the order. Phone stuff very polite and helpful. Planning to order again very soon with larger portions this time of Tandoori Chicken. Well done Balti Hut. 5* well deserved. And also has a hygiene rating of 5 too on the door.

Absolutely appalled with this place! Me and my partner order from here regularly. Tonight. We got a phone call from the driver at 21:10 to tell us he was outside our address. I went outside and waited for five minutes and there wasn’t any one there. We phoned the shop to find out he was parked down the road. They said they would phone the driver and tell them he’s not at the right address. Fair enough mistakes are easily made. It’s dark. Not a problem. 20minutes later we are still waiting. Considering the driver was only down the road. We phoned the shop again. The food was ‘on its way’ but it’s only the road down from us what’s taking it so long?? Another ten minutes later the driver has drove past again... five minutes later it turns up and no surprise to us considering we were waiting over half an hour for our food even though it had been dispatched from the store. It was cold... my partner phoned the shop as I was losing my marbles to complain it was cold. For them then to disagree with my partner and tell us it left the shop at 21:15 BUT the phone call we got from the driver was at 21:10 to say he was outside!! They then told us they can’t do anything other than give us ten percent discount of next order. Luckily my partner put his foot down and refused to accept that we wanted or money back!! Fair enough making the mistake once. Then to continue to not turn up for over half an hour later when you was on the road! How awful!
