One receptionist on the1st floor lacks basic customer relations. She was very impatient for no reason. The doctors, nurses and other receptionist were great, professional.

Appt for 2pm, out of hospital by 3.30. Couldn’t have asked for better staff. The Doctor was also amazing. Polite, kind, reassuring. Thank you MEH, Northwick Park Hospital, Harrow. Waiting for the date of my other eye for cataract surgery.

It may sound perverse, but it is my experience that a clinic where you are seen on time is a clinic where time is rationed. I am often seen on time at Mr Tufail's clinics, but when I am kept waiting it seems to be due to Mr Tufail and his team spending more time on those in trouble. In turn, even when they have been delayed, they never rush me. Mr Tufail is one of those quietly brilliant consultants with a well chosen team. I'm sorry if this post adds to your workload but it is because the world needs you!

City Road staff are nicer, but this is not to say staff at Northwick aren't, but.............well you know.
