Situated in the Harrovian Village in Bessborough Road, Harrow. Mencap are the go to Mental Health charity. I have been dealing with the service and found a great engagement from the start, I was seeking Advocacy to move forward with my complaint regards to a surgical procedure by the Hospital from my engagement with the CQC to the Government Ombudsman NHS. A very emotive process for me, I have been treated with a balanced and reassuring response that is both necessary for me and the complexities involved in this case.
