Rob @ Ark was recommended to me. After first contact by me which included phone, text & email communications. I've now gone over 2 weeks without any contact. Tried ringing & text but no response. You'd think businesses would be crying out for business in this current climate, obviously not in this case. Very poor customer service & time to move on! 25/09 /20 - In reply to your response Rob. You never stated what day you would email the quote over when I last chased you up over 2 weeks ago. In addition I've not received your email from last Thursday as well as nothing today. Would be interested to see the initial email you sent me if possible? Really pleased your business is booming in what is a difficult time for most. And no doubt you may have bigger fish to fry. However basic customer communication tends to go a long way, without a prospective customer having to continually chase you. Regards
