large shop with lots of homeware for all rooms of your house, not badly priced and even better when there’s a sale, staff are really nice too.
Click and collect worst out of three stores I have been to. Staff would rather stand talking than serve customers. Three ladies standing behind last tils talking with customers waiting to pay. Stood at click and collection point for 10mins and no one asked if help was needed. The girl who was doing it just finished serving a customer and walked to the chat spot and just carried on talking. Saw that I was waiting and just continued pretending not to see me. Had to ask someone to come and serve before finally getting my item with attitude from Steph. Acted like she was put out for doing her job. When jobs are being lost all over the country and you still have people acting like work is a social event. standing close to each other without masks on. Only used this store as it had stock and my local store didn’t.
Very efficient click and collect.
