Employees are very helpful. Spoke to the young ladies over the phone several times and they were never annoyed with my many questions and concerns. They always called back when they said they would. Their facility is welcoming and clean. They certainly have our comfort in mind. I definitely recommend this place for all your aviation needs.
We were in and out of here several times in Sept and Oct this year. All first class and exceptional customer service, this is true across the board, from the line guys to receptionist to the Maint crew.
My son loves airplanes and would like to become a pilot. Bought the Discovery Flight for him to enjoy. Had to reschedule a few times due to the weather but we'll worth the wait. Staff was very friendly over the phone and once we got here they showed the same professional manorisons. Place is very well organized and clean. Our pilot was very friendly and ready to serve.
