Last week I went into that store when it was completely empty to ask a question about an item I reached the cashier desk where there was a gentleman ( who I found out later that he was the manager) he didn’t even greeted me instead he just said: you have to enter the store from the other side pointing to the arrows on the floor. I said I’m already in front of you and I genuinely did not see the arrows on the floor and all I need is to as a question about an item and you haven’t got any customers and the shop floor is completely empty. He went again: “you either go back around or leave the store” So of course I left the store as I had my son with me and I didn’t have enough time to make a fuss. Now of course I do appreciate the measures everyone is taking to prevent the spread of the virus but this was to me ignorance at its best!

What a joke. Ordered a mobile phone, had a conformation immediately that the phone is ready to collect. Went there next day- 30 minutes drive to the shop for me and then 40 minutes queuing up to collect my order. I collected the phone OK just to notice that I was handed different mobile phone. Another 30 minutes spend with the customer service to find out, that they do not have the phone I ordered. It means, that my order was handed to someone else, who ordered the phone handed to me. What a mess they have got in their warehouse and tried to lied to me, that they were sent a wrong mobile phone by the main warehouse. The mobile phone was not sent to them from any warehouse because it wouldn't be available for immediate pick up. Another 30 minutes drive back home. Money wasted on the fuel and my time wasted as well.

One of the worst argos stores I have been to. I traveled there to get one of my items which was supposed to be available for collection. I couldn't collect it as there were \technical issues\ which one of the employees informed me in a rather ill mannered way, I arrive back home to find out that my order had been cancelled and refunded. In this day and age I do expect logistics to be semi accurate and do not expect somthing like this from such a large company - in future I will be shopping from amazon, at least they can tell when an item is in stock or not.

Sainsbury's St Clares was so busy yesterday - it felt very unsafe.I think they were letting WAY too many people in. The aisles were crowded, social distancing was impossible. I only went to get stuff for my Mum who is shielding or I would've gone at another time. I am going to complain to management. They didn't seem to be implementing any kind of checks about numbers, there was no-one on the door despite lots of marshalls in the car park managing the parking. Actually NO stars - so irresponsible to let so many people in.

I have been leaving in Uk nearly 11 years but I never met the Manager like Tiffany she is so Rude not even listening if you go to returns I am so disappointed with her than I went to another store of Sainsbury Argos and they just took it back happily
