Many people in this store with no masks. I mentioned this to the store manager who told me there was nothing he could do. He told me there was no point in confronting them as they'll just tell him they can't wear the mask for medical reasons. However it was obvious he had no intention of asking them. He then wanted to offer me - a mask wearer - curbside pick up and online purchases. THIS SHOULD BE OFFERED TO THE NON MASK WEARERS as they ask them to leave the store. You can read it here in the government guidelines I found easily online. What is point is having a sign if the company refuses to at least try to enforce it? Have they not trained their employees in the danger they are putting their customers AND employees in? Have they not given them sufficient information to offer curbside pick up to those who refuse or can't comply?? I will never shop at this store again. Incredibly disappointed.

Rude staff harassed me when I walked in 15 minutes BEFORE closing and proceeded to wait for me at the front door so they could lock it as soon as I walked out. I was in the store for less than 5 minutes so they closed early and again - were RUDE! Manager who approached me didn’t even have the hours correct and another associate had to correct him. If I could give 0 stars, I would!

Customer service was great and I loved the selection and neatness of the store. Great deals as well!!

I attempted to use the curbside pickup. I checked in online and waited 10 minutes and then called the store. I waited another 10 minutes after calling without ever receiving my order. I had 2 young kids in the car which one was sleeping that I didn’t want to drag into a store. If you’re not able to fulfill your commitment please don’t offer the service. Really disappointed and probably will not shop here.

Don’t go! I just came out, and they were not enforcing their sign in plain view about required masks. They also didn’t tell my husband until he was checking out that they had stopped the discounts that were posted for sportswear.
