Click an collect useless. Must be 50 people queuing for click and collect and only one person serving. And they do not even have the items at the door. The one member of staff wonders off to the back for each customer. Monkeys could run it better.

Staff are nowhere to be seen? I went to buy a pair of trousers the other day from the mens section, where I noticed that there were no staff anywhere, there were also customers waiting to be served, where we both waited a good 15 minutes before someone came to serve. The indian man with the bandana is so rude and condescending, made me feel unwelcomed shopping there.
