First visit to Greenacres and I was absolutely stunned by the quality of good. I ordered a seafood special which I have to say was well marinated with immaculate presentation. Dessert consisted of seasons fresh strawberries which was a delight. Staff extremely courteous. Will definitely make this place a regular!!!
Perfect to deal with every time with very prompt delivery.. Regards Alan..
Consistently amazing every time. Genuinely lovely and helpful staff. One of the nicest restaurants in Ireland.
Popped in here for some breakfast and was very disappointed, I know in these difficult times it is not easy but a little more effort could have been made. No hot food on offer so I opted for a croissant which was ok, tea was ok the scone was stale dry and really very unpleasant, jam out of a jar or perhaps a packet. No cream with the scone either, not good more effort needed. staff very friendly and pleasant.
My wife & I visited again Wexford City, Ireland, for a day outing, wednesday, May 22, 2019. We decided to have first our morning coffee break at Green Acres. My wife got some scones & jam with her coffee & I had a cheese cake served with a little whipped cream with Americano coffee. They were delicious. We sat in the cozy restaurant section. There is a good selection of coffee, scones & pastries available. Then we shopped at their specialty store as well as the Wine Shop. Highly recommendable place. Friday evening, May 24, 2019, my wife & I enjoyed a 3 course dinner at Green Acres of Wexford. We took our time to choose what we fancied to eat & drink. I had seafood chowder as a starter with a glass of Riesling white wine. It was well prepared & delicious. For the main course, we got tender sirloin steaks with chips & other trimmings. We shared a bottle of red wine with the main meal. For dessert, I got creme brulee & coffee. Highly recommendable. Monday morning, 27th May 2019, we had again coffee at Green Acres of Wexford, I tried their sticky toppy pudding. It was delicious.
Should have taken a picture of the food. Well presented! Fantastic tastes and lovely service. Really impressed at the quality. And quite a lot of locally sourced ingredients it seemed. I had lovely glass of Merlot as well. Wine menu looked extensive. A lot on offer by the glass as well. I'd definitely recommend to go here!
Lovely for lunch. Dog friendly. Great service
