I made an appointment for 9:45. I was kinda late arrived at 9:53. There was no problem. At 10:05 I was finished with registration, metal plates and everything else. And i was wondering if I was still in germany. Super efficient ! Keep up the good work :)

Good and quick support in Führerschein department. i went twice and had appointment with same person in counter 1. initially she managed to speak in English for good support since my German i so bad and couldnt understand her. then i spoke in little bad German, but still she understand and support happily. She also provide further support for international führerschein

Please do not discriminate an innocent foreigner. : Today I experienced the most disrespected experience ever in my life. I went on the first floor to pick up my driver's license and there was a woman. Although I told her I don't speak German in very modest way, she kept speaking German and shouted '' passport! '' when I could not react to the German word she said. She was totally disrespectful and she was clearly discriminating foreigners. I talked to two other people in the past and they were very professional and friendly so I was even more shocked and sad by the person's behavior. - Message to Kfz. Please improve your customer care quality. I AM DESERVED TO BE RESPECTED BY HER AS MUCH AS I RESPECT HER.

I had a good experience with KFZ Zulassungsstelle. The only thing you have to make sure is make an online appointment, get ready with all supporting documents and you will be able to register your car even in 30 mints. Most of the time people wait because of long queue without prior appointment. Even you don’t have to wait for an appointment. You can easily get it in 2-3 days waiting time. And the staff was friendly. No objection compared to what I was expecting before going there.
