I'm very pleased I did...Chattertons are a very professional and good quality Solicitors who I would definitely use again and recommend to anybody needing to use this service. The person who dealt with my legal issues (Liz Graham) has an extremely vast wealth of knowledge and experience and kept me informed of proceedings every step of the way. I felt very confident with the information I received and advice given. This all helped to make a difficult matter as easy to understand as it could be. The lady I have dealt with is unhelpful, arrogant and even when makes mistakes doesn't have the decency to apologise. Steer well clear would be my advice.
