Excellent communication - I left a note for the driver about where the empty bottle was if I was out. Delivered quickly, swapped over and all connected up whilst I was out. They also have a neat way of temperature-checking the bottles to double-check which are empty/full if you are not there. Will definitely buy again here in the future.

Really good service, polite delivery men and they answer queries very quickly. If they could give some warning of when they were going to deliver the gas I would have given five stars. They did suggest that we let them know where they could leave the gas if we weren't going to be in but sadly we don't have anywhere
Service is excellent. Staff keep you informed of any problems, so you always know where you are with your order. Delivery times are usually as stated when you order.Very good company.
I am absolutely Disgusted and now having to obtain legal advice. The first time I used this company everything was great, but this time I'm just appalled. When I place the order I made it very clear I needed to know when I could expect my delivery, which I find is quite reasonable bearing in my I have to arrange access, after all who can sit around for 2 weeks just on the off chance of delivery? After hearing nothing I chased them up, I was told they'd contact the someone else (OK who is actually supplying?) and let me know. Whilst waiting I found another Helpful company who could give an approximate delivery date. 1.5hours later I'd still not had anyone get back to me so I rang Gottle to cancel. All agreed. Fine. THEN I received a call from them to say my delivery would arrive in a few hours time. What the hell. I was not going to be in! When I placed my order and paid in full, it was agreed I would have at least 24hours notice, which I feel is reasonable. I said I'd cancelled and they agreed to send me email proof of my cancellation and REFUND MY MONEY. I've heard nothing since and my bank has said they have NOT Refunded my money. I have been out of work one year. They know this. I am appalled at their awful customer service, and the way I've been treated especially under the circumstances. Happy Cold Christmas.
It's rare to find a company with a ‘sense of urgency’ mindset with an objective to provide premium quality customer service; I can say from my experience Gottle is one of those rare gems . I particularly want to thank Jessica, both for her persistence and professionalism. She ensured, even in these unprecedented times with COVID-19 challenges, our gas cylinder reached us without any issues. I would strongly recommend them for anyone looking to purchase cooking gas or related products. I wish them all the best with their business.
