Driver claimed he came to my home with parcel and never did at any point was there entire day. Claimed he couldn’t gain access , which again a lie . Texted driver 4 times prior to fake attempt delivery and gave my phone number in case he had any issues ( don’t know why he would have ) , tried calling him at least 6 times when message came through that he couldn’t deliver , and no answer and went straight to voicemail which cuts you off within 5 seconds . Went to chat with customer service and completely useless only stating what app said , which I can see right in front of my face .. Long of the short , driver was being lazy ( wouldn’t be the first time ) , lied and said he attempted delivery ( again not the first time this had happened ) , and non responsive. Would give ZERO stars if not negative stars . Horrible service , I don’t know why people use them or Hermès another one that loses everything so you never get it , to ship things . Extremely unprofessional , unreliable and just lazy staff .

what an absolute shambles of a company... waited 2 weeks for my parcel to arrive and it got home to find a card saying 'behind bins back porch' .... ok my bins are road facing and i don't have a back porch! when ringing the automated system states that the driver 'delivered through the letterbox' according to their system which would make the drive a magician as the parcel according to the sender is the size of a shoebox which as shown in the picture is physically impossible ! there customer service line dials out to somewhere in the world .. no idea where, so i reported the parcel missing and they said have i checked the neighbours... i was on the phone when i asked 3 of them ... and then the 'customer services' rep asked me again 2 minutes later if i had checked with the neighbours ...... staggering 48 hours later rings again to confirm still no sign of package and the agent on the phone tells me that its been over 24 hrs so they can declare it missing and when i read the card he stats that yodel have a 'no bin policy' which the drivers aren't allowed to leave parcels in and around bins and he also tells me to get in touch with the seller and he will send an email to ebay stating its missing and will send me a copy via email (i actually recorded this call as proof and glad i did now!) this morning i ring AGAIN after contacting ebay and the seller ... and yep .. im sorry but the agent you rang last night didn't put any notes on the system to say that sir and he shouldn't have said that as it needs to go to complaints first and hey will send you he email unfortunately i have to leave a 1 star as google review won't allow me to leave zero stars although i would like to leave minus 5 stars due to the the complete incompetence of this company

Absolutely shocking service tried to deliver parcel once apparently then never again. When you Chace it you are just fobbed off. Shocking cowboy company. I would give zero stars but it wont let me.
Apparently delivered my parcel, but tracking says delivered elsewhere. Webchat said parcel details didn't match mine, so it can't be my parcel even though I had correct tracking number and postcode to check where they had delivered parcel.
