Poor Craftsmanship, poor communication, 4 1/2 months to get completed. Had to have install re done due to poor quality of the first installer. Manager, Johnny is rude, he has no customer service skills, talks over you them makes comments like OMG, really, and then says Never mind . No adjustment due to time frame or all the issues !

7 year review. Rotting out bottom up, they used yellow pine not treated for exterior wood. Stopped by the Glenn Heights office and expressed my concerns and to see what could be done to correct and was informed they used yellow pine back then and I must have done something to cause the rotting building. I have 4 buildings in back the oldest 15 years no rotting of any sort. This was a 5700.00 dollar mistake. Buyer beware!
