This location deletes bad reviews that try and warn others of Horrible employees working at this facility, and doesn’t care about the safety of their patients. If you are assigned to Ginger F ask for an actual physician. She is not a doctor, she doesn’t care about patients. My primary doctor is reporting her to the state board.

I have been going here for years. Dr Raynak retired and I was assigned another doctor WITHOUT having to set up a new patient exam. Then this new doctor retired as well. When I got sick I was able to make an appointment no problem and they would let me see someone else or a nurse practitioner. Now today I called to see if they had time today to see me for a possible kidney infection and they refused. Saying because my doctors are no longer there I was considered a new patient to the other providers and they didn't have any new patient openings until December. Why is it a problem now after all this time? It's not my fault doctors leave. I will not be going back here and no longer referring friends and family either. I gave two stars because normally I dont have issues with anyone there and liked seeing the nurse practitioner there. She always did a great job.

Got a call at 630 am stating that my doctor was out sick and needed to reschedule. So move my appointment to 11am. I arrive at 1045 and checked in. At 1130 they take a salesman to the back to see the doctor I've been waiting to seem at 1140 he comes out and I finally go back. So a salesman has precedence over a patient that's been waiting for 30 minutes for his appointment? I ask the nurse and all she says is he just needed a signature, sorry he was 10 minutes back here, I just need refills. Finally get to a room, wait another 10 minutes, get moved to another room, and want another 10 minutes (I was told she would be in really quick). So over an hour wait for 4 minutes with the doctor. This place is a joke.
