Fantastic end-to-end service from Alex G whilst purchasing my new car remotely. Bought the car last month without seeing it so of course had lots of questions, Alex was helpful every step of the way and sent over additional videos and pictures of the car which helped with the informed decision making. I wasn't pressured at any point and the whole process was hassle-free including the door-to-door delivery service. The after-care service has been excellent and both the condition and drive of the car is great. Thank you for an enjoyable car purchasing experience!

The car didn't start when we came to test drive. Stephen the salesman promised the battery would be replaced and we had to come back the next day. After agreeing a price (conditional on a NEW battery) I asked if it had a new battery. When I looked at the car I saw it wasn't new, I asked Stephen and he told me he \thinks it's a new battery\ then that he's \pretty sure\. When I pressed the issue he admitted they had not replaced the battery so we walked out. They add a 100 \optional admin fee\. It was not represented as optional by the sales team. Do not pay this fee! Check out the other reviews for how dodgy this place is.

Recently bought a car in EH East Kilbride. When I spoke to salesman he confirmed that car has 2 keys. Once I picked up the car in my local dealership the key disapeared and no one can say where or if the key existed. Now have to pay for a spare. Also had been promised cars from EH comes with a minimum 6 months MOT..mine has got only 3 months?! Once they have had your money they couldn't care less...glad I didn't take any aftercare warranties as I won't be back at EH ever again.
