BEWARE. I had seen Dr Leathem until he left the practice, then was assigned to Brice who is a NP or PA, one of those. After an initial visit where he literally didn't even look at me, I messaged him asking about please changing up my routine (it wasn't working), to which he said no. So I messaged again asking what I should do, and they said to make an appointment, which is what I did. Then while I was waiting for my virtual appointment, the office manager called and said Brice won't see me because I \was harassing him by asking him twice to change the medication routine.\ I was floored--how in the world was that harassment?? I asked, then when he said no, I simply asked what my options were and what I should do from there, to which they said to make an appointment, which I did. Just unbelievable the amount of arrogance and uncaring from Brice specifically and somewhat from the office. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS, especially this guy. He doesn't care about people AT ALL.

You guys need to get it together. No one knows what is going on and you are in the medical profession, so sad. I called in to follow up for my wife's prescription refill that was supposedly sent to our pharmacy a few days prior. This was the worst day dealing with your office staff, especially Maria in Triage. The audacity. She should be fired for the way she talks to people. Not only did she cut me off when I was speaking, very disrespectful, loud and on speaker phone discussing our personal business for everyone to hear. Trying to accuse us of wrongdoing. Remember, my wife has been a patient at your location for years. Listen to the calls since they are recorded for quality assurance and you will then see that the staff obviously has integrity issues. Not to mention SHE HUNG UP ON ME.

Dr. Siwek and the X-ray tech I had today was amazing kind compassionate and caring, especially with the complexity of my back issues. The clerical staff is another story. Here it is, 5:35 pm and my script is not called in... Almost did not have my appointment today as they put my information on another patient's chart. Called to inquire about my script, and trigger point injections, and the woman I spoke to cut me off, assured me script would be at pharmacy this evening, and treated me as though I was an idiot for not knowing that trigger point injections were not sedation injections.... Well , That's a you problem, maybe let the patients know what injections entail.... Never been an issue before.

I've been going here for about 3 years and have never really had any bad experiences. I usually see Rick Allen and I really like him. I also liked Dr Leatham and will miss him but I had an RFA yesterday at the surgicenter and the new doctor did it and he was super nice. The anesthesiologist was also nice as well as the staff. My sister goes to a different pain center and if your looking for and very little help, go there. It's called Integrity Pain Center. Don't let their name fool you.

I'm so disappointed in this place and Dr. Leathem! They really do just want to take your money. Most if not all of the procedures they perform only provide temporary or little to no relief at all. It's all designed to have you keep coming back in. They can't lose, they just say their procedures may or may not work...really? Either way they get your money!
